About Me

Saanavi has been dancing Bharatanatyam since she was 4 years old, and has loved writing from the same age, whether it's crafting stories, poetry, or novels.

Alongside a Bharatanatyam certification awarded by the Alagappa Performing Arts Academy, she earned a national Gold Medal in the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards and was a finalist in DePaul's Blue Book for Best American High School Writing.

As a senior in high school, she aspires to complete her Arangetram in the near future and serves as Editor in Chief of her school's newspaper staff, placing high at the state level for journalism competitions.

When not writing or dancing, Saanavi enjoys reading, hanging out with friends, and volunteering with her robotics team.
